Job summary

North Slope Borough School District (NSBSD) is seeking a semi-skilled Facilities Aide to assist with cleaning and maintenance of district facilities. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least three months of related experience or training.

The employee must be able to read procedures, write routine reports, and communicate effectively with supervisors and staff. Preferred candidate may have Inupiaq-speaking or cultural experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in keeping District facilities neat, clean, and safe.

• Participate in District preventive maintenance program.
• Report unauthorized persons or damages as required.
• Adhere to District policies and regulations.
• Attend District training as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
