Qualifications

• Knowledge of custodial maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems basics.
• Ability to perform janitorial duties and basic repairs.

Responsabilités

• Inspect facilities buildings and grounds; determine repairs and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with Administrative Assistant and Projects Manager on contracts.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of rooms, corridors, and equipment.
• Maintain HVAC systems and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Schedule and coordinate work with departments to ensure workflow and access.
• Ensure safety procedures and report hazards.
