Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance work experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multiple parish buildings and grounds.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Inspect property daily and respond to emergencies/alarms.
• Coordinate with school maintenance personnel and vendors; monitor and order supplies.
