Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Arlington, VA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Assistant to help keep our community safe, clean, and well‑functioning for residents and staff. You will handle routine maintenance, basic repairs, and preventative tasks under facility guidelines.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, assisting with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting, and supporting safety checks and emergency drills. Growth opportunities and a strong benefits package are available.

What You’ll Do

• Support carpet and floor care as needed
• Assist with suite “make-ready” preparation
• Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards
• Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills
• Drive community vehicle as assigned

You play a key role in safety, compliance, and day-to-day building operations.

Pay Range

18.65 - 23.45
