Goodwill Industries--Knoxville, Inc. is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Coordinator for our Kingston Pike facilities in Knoxville, TN.

The role coordinates and performs preventive maintenance, facility inspections, and repair work across corporate offices and stores, providing leadership and assigning tasks to Maintenance Technicians. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
• Assign and monitor maintenance work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Performs advanced maintenance and troubleshooting including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fixtures, and all facility systems.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to Maintenance Technicians.
• Coordinate vendor services and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Oversees inventory, equipment, and supply purchases.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Supports facility improvement projects and installations.

Goodwill Industries--Knoxville, Inc. is seeking full-time Facilities Maintenance Coordinator for our corporate office and stores. Ideal candidates will be energetic, confident, have excellent maintenance skills, understand how to perform maintenance functions, preventive maintenance and mechanically minded. Clean driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Summary:

Responsible for coordinating and performing preventive maintenance, facility inspections, and repair work at all organizational facilities. Provides leadership, assigns maintenance tasks, monitors completion, coordinates vendors, and ensures safe, functional, and efficient facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and oversees preventive maintenance schedules.
• Assigns and monitors maintenance work orders and ensures timely completion.
• Performs advanced maintenance and troubleshooting including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fixtures, and all facility systems.
