Job description

Description:

Our client is looking to hire an individual that is experienced in general maintenance of industrial equipment, including some light duty electrical wiring. This position will also be responsible for building and grounds care along with performing concrete work as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Concrete work - site preparation, design and build forms, rebar and reinforcement, mixing, pouring and placing, and finishing.
• Construct and maintain various concrete structures, including floors, roads, ramps, driveways, patios, and sidewalks, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Complies with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
• This job is considered to be a safety sensitive job function.

Qualifications:

• Experience in concrete work.
• Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
• Creative problem solving, ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Ability to transport, handle and/or lift 75 lbs.
• Ability to work from standing, sitting, kneeling and stooping positions.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (if needed).
• Ability to always maintain safety while on the job.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
