Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring for a maintenance/cleaning role focused on safety and sanitation. You will gather and return carts, clean and maintain all club areas, and support daily operations to ensure a spotless environment for members and team members.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be over 18 to operate equipment and enter age-restricted areas.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance and cleaning per safety standards.
• Gathers and returns carts/flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas including sales floor, restrooms, outdoor grounds and parking lot.
• Restock maintenance/cleaning supplies and keep supply areas tidy.
• Operate floor scrubber, trash compactor and cardboard baler safely.
• Assist other departments as needed.
