The role involves monitoring coolant levels, cleaning, and operating floor scrubbers, with a focus on reliability and attention to detail. This is a full-time on-site position at our Fort Wayne facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a general labor, janitorial, or facilities maintenance role is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walking, bending, and stooping for extended periods.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain coolant levels and document inspections.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of facility equipment and spaces.
• Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment.
• Assist with inventory and labeling of lubricants and fluids.
• Support safety and environmental procedures during daily tasks.
• All other duties as assigned.
