Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn hands-on tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights with ladders or lifts.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification; training provided by the company.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic hand tool use and general repair experience.
• U.S. Person required due to export-controlled data access (ITAR/EAR).

Responsibilities

• Restock and maintain restroom, breakroom, and production floor supplies.
• Perform general housekeeping to keep the facility clean, safe, and organized.
• Carry out minor facility repairs, including at-height work with ladders or lifts.
• Operate a forklift to move pallets and materials between areas (training provided).
• Assist with staging materials for production as needed.
• Safely transport tools, equipment, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Assist maintenance technicians with basic repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Report malfunctions, safety hazards, and facility issues to the supervisor.
• Support day-to-day operations and participate in facility improvement projects.
