Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Facilities Lead to secure reliable operation of Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers, overseeing facility systems, automation, equipment, and housekeeping.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager and Supervisor, you will mentor technicians, perform advanced troubleshooting, and drive safety and performance through data and continuous improvement. This role partners with Operations to deliver uninterrupted fan experiences and scalable site operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility systems, automation, manufacturing equipment, and housekeeping to ensure reliable operations in Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers.
• Lead maintenance and preventive maintenance programs, diagnose issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach Facility Technicians, provide hands-on guidance, and transfer knowledge.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Facilities Lead is critical to the smooth operation of our Fulfillment and Manufacturing Centers, responsible for ensuring the proper function and upkeep of facility systems, automation and manufacturing equipment, material handling assets, housekeeping, and grounds. Reporting to the Facilities Manager and Supervisor, this role serves as a strategic partner to the Operations Team — performing advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to maximize site performance and safety. The Facilities Lead delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)

• Attend daily production meetings as needed, acting as a key liaison between the Facilities and Operations teams to surface and resolve maintenance-related opportunities.
• Support and mentor Facility Technicians in diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical problems, building team capability through hands‑on guidance and knowledge transfer.
• Communicate issues effectively to team members and the operational team, ensuring transparency and swift resolution across functions.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

• Ensure the uninterrupted operation of Fulfillment and Manufacturing Center assets so that fan orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Maintain facility and equipment standards that support a safe, efficient environment enabling the operations team to deliver a best‑in‑class fan experience.
