Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Be able to lift 50–60 pounds (50 - 60lbs.).
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general cleaning and upkeep of building under supervisor.
• Clean restrooms, foyer, and common areas to sanitary standards.
• Report repairs and perform light maintenance as assigned.
• Sweep/hose down parking lots, sidewalks, walkways; snow/ice removal.
• Maintain grounds, shrubs, mulch, and weed beds.
