Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Supervisor in repairs and maintenance.
• Test emergency generator weekly and monthly as required by regulations.
• Maintain building in good repair and safe condition.
• Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems.
• Perform routine maintenance like painting, carpentry, bulb changes.
• Coordinate maintenance with other departments and schedule work.
