Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and basic repairs.
• Proven hands-on experience in drywall patching, repair, and finishing.
• Proven hands-on experience in plumbing repairs and troubleshooting.
• Proven hands-on experience in interior and exterior painting.

Responsibilities

• Support Maintenance Operations: assist with routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep.
• Troubleshooting: diagnose issues and perform minor repairs under guidance of the maintenance team.
• Safety & cleanliness: maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Inventory management: track and organize maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Team collaboration: work closely with maintenance staff and other departments to support timely service.
