Job summary

Arkansas Early Learning, Inc. is seeking a Facilities and Transportation Manager to oversee transportation, maintenance, facilities and safety across the agency.

The role reports to the Regional Program Director and ensures programs comply with all standards while supporting vulnerable children and families. Responsibilities include program development, regulatory compliance, and managing a team in a way that maintains safety and high-quality services for Arkansas communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business or a related field required.
• 1–3 years of prior job-related experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to drive an automobile, full-size pickup, and a van.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and supervising a quality program in Transportation, Maintenance, Facilities and Safety.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Position Title

Facilities and Transportation Manager

Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the Regional Program Director, the Facilities and Transportation Manager assists in developing, implementing, and supervising a quality program in the Agency's service area, and in assuring compliance with standards and regulations as they relate to Transportation, Maintenance, Facilities and Safety.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business or a related field required.
• 1-3 years of prior job related experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to drive an automobile, full size pickup, and a van.

Physical and Miscellaneous Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 10-30 pounds, and occasionally 50 pounds.
