Job summary

Arkansas Early Learning, Inc. is seeking an Education Manager to provide content area expertise and lead development, implementation, and oversight of a high-quality education program across our Arkansas service areas.

You will ensure compliance with education standards and early childhood regulations while supporting educators who work with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This full-time role offers weekends off, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree and coursework equivalent to a major relating to early childhood education, with experience teaching infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children.
  • 1–3 years of prior job-related experience is preferred.

  • Provide content area expertise and assist in the development, implementation, and oversight of a quality program in the Agency service area.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations as they relate to education and early childhood development.

Under the direction of the Regional Program Director, the Education Manager provides content area expertise and assists in the development, implementation, and oversight of a quality program in the Agency service area, assuring compliance with standards and regulations as they relate to education and early childhood development.

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree and coursework equivalent to a major relating to early childhood education, with experience teaching infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children.
  • 1-3 years of prior job-related experience is preferred.
