Job summary

Sheraton Vistana Resort in Orlando is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Coordinator to respond to guest requests, coordinate with other departments during repairs, and manage work orders to keep rooms out of order when needed. You will follow safety policies, maintain professional appearance, greet guests, and support operations with clear communication and accurate documentation.

A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and store hazardous materials properly.
• Welcome guests and acknowledge needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and show appreciation.
• Prepare written documents and answer phones with proper etiquette.
• Build positive relationships and respond to colleagues' concerns.
• Inspect and monitor tools and equipment.
• Move and handle objects up to 10 pounds.
• Enter and locate work information using computers/POS systems.

Hourly Rate: $21.70JOB SUMMARYCoordinate with other departments using telecommunications devices in order to respond to requests and resolve maintenance issues and to put rooms needing maintenance out of order. Coordinate and schedule with other departments in the event of major system shut down or major repair or improvement.
