Job summary

AAA is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our Regional Headquarters and nearby branches in keeping buildings safe, functional, and welcoming.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate vendors, manage security access, set up meeting spaces, and track supplies, contributing to a stable, service-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years of building maintenance or related experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to urgent facility needs.
• Technical training or certifications in building maintenance.
• Experience working with vendors and contractors.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems.
• Monitor services provided by vendors (housekeeping, landscaping, security, pest control, HVAC).
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries.
• Support building security operations, including ID badge creation and access control management.
• Set up meeting rooms and event spaces to meet business needs.
• Maintain inventory levels and stock reports.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and maintaining clean, safe grounds.
• Obtain maintenance supplies from local vendors as needed.
• Coordinate transportation of company vehicles for repairs and maintenance.
• Respond to facility issues and emergencies in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do
