Facilities/Maintenance Worker

Salary: $22-$28/hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Help with Repairs and Construction: Use your skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and/or electrical work to keep our buildings safe and comfortable. Tasks are assigned based on skills and experience.
  • Property Upkeep: Make sure properties look their best, including snow removal when needed.
  • Be Ready to Help in Emergencies: Join the team in handling after‑hours emergencies on a rotating schedule.
  • Support Special Projects: Every day is different! Hours may change depending on what projects need your skills.
