Job summary

Willow Springs Recovery in Bastrop, TX is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for PRN work. You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems to keep the facility safe and functional for staff and clients.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, maintenance experience, knowledge of building systems, and a valid driver's license; CMMS familiarity and certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in maintenance or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Able to read and interpret technical manuals or blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance and emergency requests.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with staff to minimize disruptions to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
