Job summary

Willow Springs Recovery in Bastrop, TX seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems in a healthcare setting.

The role supports staff and clients, maintaining a safe, comfortable campus. Experience in maintenance, CMMS familiarity, and a valid driver’s license are preferred for this PRN position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in maintenance or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals or blueprints.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility systems.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance and emergency requests.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with staff to minimize disruptions to daily operations.
