Qualifications

• Experience in package handling preferred.
• Ability to move or lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and deliver packages and interoffice mail efficiently.
• Track and manage incoming and outgoing mail logs.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels of office and kitchen supplies.
• Generate and oversee inventory reports.
• Coordinate with Facilities to place supply orders.
• Assist Facilities with various projects as needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on company vehicles.
• Collect and manage outgoing mail from all departments.
• Assist with setting up catering for various events.
• Cover front desk when needed.
