Job summary

Topgolf in California seeks a Facilities Manager to lead the Facilities team across game systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds, ensuring a safe, functional, and visually appealing venue.

You will hire, train, and schedule staff, manage budgets and vendors, and enforce safety and regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional guest experience with a proactive, guest-focused mindset. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities management experience for a large or multi-unit venue.
• Certificate and two years of documentable HVAC or electrical journeyman-level experience.
• Knowledge of welding, soldering, building maintenance, construction, and mechanical/electrical repair.
• Experience building and leading a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities Team by coaching and developing staff, delegating tasks, and driving engagement.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
• Monitor operation and proper use of equipment and building systems; manage parts and supplies.
• Control department budgets and spending; ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance.
