You will oversee staffing decisions, conduct start-up meetings, and drive performance reviews within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include payroll approval in Kronos, developing technicians for growth, and ensuring a clean, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to four years of high school.
• Strong leadership and safety-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and promote staff.
• Excellent communication and delegation skills.
• Experience in scheduling and shift coordination.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team to manage and support the day-to-day operations of the facilities.
• Manages staffing, hiring, promotions, and terminations as needed.
• Sets schedules according to workload and priorities.
• Conducts shift start-up meetings and communicates culture, safety, production, recognition, and HR updates.
• Leads the performance review process and enters ratings in PEAK.
• Back-up for the Manager and final payroll approver in Kronos.
• Develops technicians to advance to leadership roles and grow talent.
• Establishes operational strategy to achieve area goals and maintain safety.
