A leading fitness studio in Boston is seeking a Client Facilities Lead to manage maintenance operations across the studio. The ideal candidate will have strong hospitality skills, effective communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include overseeing cleanliness, assisting with equipment repairs, and collaborating with the management team to uphold brand standards. Qualifications

• Must be available for at least 30 hours a week for full-time, or 24 hours for part-time.
• Experience in facilities management and maintenance is a plus.
• Exceptional cleaning skills and understanding of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations across the studio.
• Conduct daily maintenance inspections to ensure cleanliness.
• Assist with repair of fitness equipment and communicate issues to management.
