Qualifications
5+ years of experience in facilities supervision with hands-on mechanical and electrical support.
1+ years of experience with building management systems including HVAC.
Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
Responsibilities
Lead a team of technicians responsible for all facilities operations.
Oversee third-party service providers for maintenance services.
Develop and plan site improvement projects.
