With a focus on managing a team of technicians, the role includes overseeing HVAC systems and leading site improvement projects. A high school diploma and 5+ years of related experience are required, along with skills in CMMS and project management. The compensation ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 annually, complemented by comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities supervision with hands-on mechanical and electrical support.
• 1+ years of experience with building management systems including HVAC.
• Experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians responsible for all facilities operations.
• Oversee third-party service providers for maintenance services.
• Develop and plan site improvement projects.
