Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for Starlink, based in Redmond and Woodinville, WA, on 1st shift. You will lead an interdisciplinary team responsible for all facilities operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cranes, cryogenics, and safety systems, ensuring zero unplanned interruptions for SpaceX staff and customers.

You will drive performance through coaching, manage vendors, plan site improvements, and implement TPM/RCM-based maintenance programs, with 24/7 on-call coverage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 5+ years of facilities supervision experience
• 1+ years with building management and automated facilities monitoring systems
• 1+ years implementing TPM/RCM methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary team of technicians for facilities operations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cranes, cryogenic systems, fire safety, janitorial, and grounds) at Redmond and Woodinville to ensure zero unplanned interruptions
• Oversee and develop team to improve performance through coaching and development
• Manage third-party service providers to meet standards and contract terms
• Develop, plan and execute site improvement projects aligned with business objectives
• Maintain and install building infrastructure and related equipment; manage asset lifecycle
