Job summary

North American Truck & Trailer, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Building Remodeling Technician to lead a small Facilities team and perform hands-on maintenance. The role focuses on keeping locations running smoothly and ready for business each day.

You will train technicians, perform repairs across lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance, and help oversee daily operations with a strong safety focus. This is a fast-paced, active role in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance and repair experience in facilities or construction.
• Ability to train and guide technicians.
• Experience leading a small team of technicians.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small Facilities team.
• Train and guide technicians throughout the day.
• Handle hands-on repairs and maintenance around the attraction.
• Troubleshoot issues involving lighting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general repairs.
• Complete painting, wall repair, equipment setup, and preventative maintenance.
• Help oversee opening and closing procedures.
• Support safety and operational standards across the attraction.
• Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
