Job summary

Veev in Hayward, CA is seeking a Facilities Lead to oversee building operations, facilities equipment maintenance, and vendor contracts on the factory floor. This hands-on leadership role acts as the operational backbone, coordinating repairs, ensuring daily uptime, and supporting safety compliance.

You will mentor technicians, develop preventive maintenance plans using CMMS, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality equipment solutions for production needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facility maintenance, building operations, or a technical trade.
• Proficient in CMMS and preventive maintenance planning.
• Participation in rotational emergency on-call program is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and inspections.
• Coordinate repairs, manage safety compliance and vendor contracts.
• Lead maintenance team, document work orders, and ensure uptime.
