Axon is seeking an experienced East Coast Facilities Manager to oversee office, warehouse and manufacturing spaces across the region, ensuring safety, reliability and operational excellence. You will manage maintenance programs, vendor performance, and budgets while aligning with business goals. Hybrid work from AZ/GA/VA offices, with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities operations across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial building systems and safety standards.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to build relationships across teams.
• Experience managing vendors and facility service providers to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and performance of East Coast facilities.
• Ensure safe, reliable, high‑quality experience for employees and visitors.
• Manage preventive maintenance, work orders, inspections, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety and other critical systems.
