Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a Facilities Operations leader to oversee the East Coast offices, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant building operations. The role supports HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems across Scottsdale, Atlanta, and Sterling locations with up to 40% travel.

You will manage budgets, engage with internal stakeholders, and supervise vendors to deliver high-quality workplace experiences while promoting sustainability and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities operations across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial building systems and safety standards.
• Customer-first mindset with ability to build relationships across teams.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and align stakeholders before changes.
• High ownership with ability to prioritize and execute in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising vendors/contractors to high standards.
• Experience with CMMS or similar facilities management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree; CFM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and performance of facilities across East Coast (onsite).
• Ensure safe, reliable, high-quality experiences for employees, customers, visitors.
• Manage preventative maintenance, work orders, inspections, and vendor performance.
