A leading technology innovation company is seeking a Laborer to support facility operations in Moorestown, NJ. This full-time position involves a variety of physically demanding tasks including digging, demolition, and snow removal. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a DOD government security clearance.
Must be able to work independently or in teams.
Must be able to lift, bend and perform the normal activities of a sometimes physically challenging position.
Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.

Job Description
Provide support to all facility related operations.
Obtain/maintain forklift operating certification.
Performs any or one of the following typical laboring tasks:
- Digs trenches and any other excavations using picks and shovels.
- Demolishes, disassembles and removes structures such as scaffolding, partitions, foundations, floors and walks using hand tools such as crow bars, sledge hammers, and other necessary tools.
- Removes debris and salvage material using broom, shovel, wheel barrow or truck and loads into motor trucks.
- Remove snow as needed using Shovel/Snow removal equipment.
- Maintain roof drains on buildings.
- Move office furniture throughout the facility using carts/dolly's and hand trucks.
Must be able to obtain/maintain a DOD government security clearance at the Secret level.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

The base range for this position in New Jersey is $20.65 - $25.83.
