Vertiv is seeking a Junior Project Manager, Facilities to lead construction, renovation, and facility improvements across multiple Vertiv sites in the United States. You will ensure projects align with scope, schedule, and budget while meeting quality and safety standards.
You will coordinate with internal customers, architects, engineers, and contractors, driving timely milestones and documentation, and reporting progress to leadership.
The Junior Project Manager, Facilities is responsible for managing construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects from initiation through completion across assigned Vertiv manufacturing and office locations. This position ensures projects are completed within the approved scope, schedule, and budget while meeting applicable quality, building code, and safety requirements. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role serves as a primary liaison among internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. The position coordinates project activities to support organizational goals while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
Up to 25% travel may be required, including travel between project sites.
