Job summary

CMHA-CEI is seeking a Crew Leader to train and coach a janitorial team at CMHA-CEI facilities in Lansing, MI. Under supervision, you will ensure tasks are performed to CMHA-CEI standards and drive adherence to policies and procedures.

You must have at least 1 year of Crew Leader experience, reliable transportation, and strong verbal and written communication skills. The role requires physical work and the ability to operate janitorial equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Crew Leader or experience training/monitoring individuals.
• Must have reliable transportation for job-related use.
• Must communicate effectively in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and coaching to a team performing janitorial and cleaning functions.
• Ensure work aligns with CMHA-CEI policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily cleaning operations and reporting.
