Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to read and follow product labels and chemical names.
• Ability to work independently with a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Prompt and regular attendance.
• Adherence to dress code, appearance and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance to keep store clean and presentable.
• Respond to intercom maintenance requests quickly.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as scrubber, buffer, and trash compactor.
• Monitor and clean aisles, offices, and restrooms.
• Perform minor repairs with hand tools (e.g., changing light bulbs).
• Follow OSHA regulations for safety.
• Hang banners and promotional items using a ladder.
• Maneuver and tip trash carts.
