Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks an Interim Facilities Bench Director to coordinate nationwide facilities program delivery. This traveling role requires leadership across asset data gathering, CMMS setup, and service delivery, with a focus on meeting client expectations.

You will support transitions, manage daily schedules, and oversee complex projects while maintaining HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems. Strong Excel skills and independent work style are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supports new business transition efforts as it relates to gathering physical asset data.
• Supports business-specific applications setup including TeamOps CMMS.
• Review work orders and coordinate work to daily schedule.
• Read, comprehend and transmit detailed instructions in writing and verbally.
• Provide hands-on instruction online or on site.
• Maintain facility HVAC, refrigeration, and related control systems.
• Respond to facility department calls for immediate assistance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on related equipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
• Install air conditioning, refrigeration, temperature control systems and accessories.
• Conduct daily rounds of building and related equipment.
• Report complications on specific jobs or equipment.

Job Summary

Under general direction, the Interim Facilities Bench Director will work directly with Facilities Management Division to coordinate and enhance our program delivery across the country. This is an interim position, meaning you will work as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Supports new business transition efforts as it related to the gathering of physical asset data.
• Supports business specific applications set up including but not limited to TeamOps Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Review work orders and coordinate work to fit daily schedule assigned by department director or designee.
• Ability to read, comprehend and transmit detailed instructions in writing and verbally.
• Ability to give hands on instruction and implementation online or on site.
• Maintain the facility heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related control systems as needed.
• Respond to calls from facility departments requesting immediate assistance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on related equipment assigned by the director or designee.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Install air conditioning, refrigeration, temperature, humidity control systems and accessories as necessary.
• Conduct daily rounds of building and related equipment as assigned.
• Report any complications on specific jobs or equipment.

Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• 100% Travel
• Ability to work independently on sophisticated projects
• Strong project management and problem solving skills required
• Excellent interpersonal skills; both written and verbal
• Must possess the ability to understand Facilities Management related systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Availability to travel to customer sites as needed
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
