Job summary

Schaeffler Motion Tech US is seeking an Industrial Engineer – Facilities to optimize facility operations, layouts, and capacity planning. You will lead master plans, coordinate new line installations, and drive Lean improvements with data-driven decisions.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 3+ years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Power BI. Compliance with US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of related industrial engineering or facility planning experience.
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead facility layout planning and space utilization studies and capacity analyses.
Develop and maintain facility master plans and drawings.
Serve as project manager for facility initiatives including new line installations and relocations.
Apply Lean principles and drive improvements via data analysis and better material flow.
Maintain project schedules, drawings, and approvals in an organized system.
Support long-range facility strategic roadmaps and KPI tracking.
