Job summary

Mavin Construction LLC is seeking a proactive Facility Improvement Project Manager to lead a new division, engaging clients, developing scopes of work, coordinating field activities, and monitoring quality and cost throughout project lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong communication and leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license to support on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in commercial construction or related field.
• Proven experience in client management and project development.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and building systems.
• Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office, and AIA documents.
• Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand needs and develop scope of work.
• Develop scopes of work, procure materials, and assist estimating.
• Coordinate fieldwork and manage project progress to ensure quality.
• Oversee risk, safety, and warranty management for projects.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
• Lead and mentor team members and coordinate with subcontractors.
