Job summary

Great Hearts Academies is seeking a Facilities Technician (HVAC Specialist) to support the Home Office Facilities team across multiple Phoenix-area locations. You will perform preventive maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and help manage building systems to ensure safe, reliable environments for students and staff.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities/maintenance, HS diploma, and HVAC certification preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of facilities/maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for building issues with local staff.
• Monitor contractors and vendors to ensure specs met.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Assist with security and respond to emergencies.
• Solicit bids and quotes from vendors.
• Travel to Phoenix area academies as needed.
