Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent gained through previous experience.
• Must be a safe, licensed, insured driver in the state of Pennsylvania and current evidence on file.
• 2+ years of experience as an HVAC technician or in a related field.
• EPA section 608 (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, and installs equipment components through PM and work orders.
• Installs, maintains, and repairs HVAC systems in facilities.
• Inspects and repairs water coolers, sinks, toilets, and plumbing fixtures as needed.
• Ensures regulatory compliance through efficient equipment operations.
• Completes all documentation as required.
• Assists with repair, testing and inspection of fire safety, life safety, and electrical components.
• Performs maintenance assignments in various facility areas as directed.
• Performs equipment tests, inspections and pre-service checks for compliance with codes.
• Follows safety policies; implements lock-out tag-out procedures when required.
