Job summary

Technimark LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to service industrial equipment and support facilities across multiple locations in the United States.

You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks, enter data into the CMMS, and travel to sites, including international locations, with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role involves emergencies after hours and weekend coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and painting as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment according to assigned tasks.
• Interpret and evaluate prints and technical drawings.
• Work at height using ladders and man lifts.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations.
• Perform facility repairs and install/transfer equipment between locations.
• Enter and maintain CMMS data for maintenance history and labor tracking.
• Travel to other Technimark locations, including international travel.
• Respond quickly to emergencies, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Assist in maintaining central storage area.

Job description

• Maintains and repairs equipment such as air conditioners, cooling towers, sinks, etc., which may include HVAC, electrical, painting, and plumbing.
• Troubleshoot/repair equipment as assigned.
• Interpret and evaluate prints and technical drawings
• Must be capable of working at height (Ladders, Man Lifts, etc.)
• Ensure that all work is performed in a safe manner, in compliance with all safety regulations
• Perform facility repairs as assigned.
• Install/transfer equipment in all Technimark locations.
• Help maintain central storage area.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, calling additional assistance as needed including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Enter and maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) data, which develops maintenance history, plans, and accounts for labor hours.
• Travel to other Technimark locations, including international travel.
