Job summary

Circle K is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain gasoline-related equipment, HVAC systems, and building infrastructure. You will perform preventive maintenance, document actions, and assist with repairs by coordinating with service vendors.

The role requires ability to lift up to 80 lbs, operate ladders and power tools, work in a fast-paced environment, and comply with safety rules. High school diploma or GED preferred; 3–5 years maintenance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in the maintenance field.
• Must have the manual dexterity to operate equipment, work in confined spaces, use hand/electric carts, power and hand tools, crouching or crawling, climb ladders, and lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning and preventive maintenance of gasoline-related equipment and product lines.
• Facilitates repairs by contacting service vendors for materials.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains cash registers, money order machines and safes by troubleshooting repairs and reprogramming equipment.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions and continuing needs.
• Maintains HVAC systems by installing, repairing and servicing heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems.
• Keeps equipment and building ready for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules and repairs.
• Maintains gas pumps by changing nozzles, hoses, splashguards, and display boards.
• Diagnoses, repairs and maintains equipment such as walk-in coolers, freezers, refrigerators and fountains.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
