Spaulding Academy & Family Services is seeking a Facilities Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities on-site. The role involves routine cleaning tasks outlined in the facility-cleaning checklist and contributes to a positive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Required education includes a High School Diploma or GED or 4 years of housekeeping experience. The position offers health benefits, a 403(b) plan with match, generous PTO, and on-site safety training.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cleaning concepts and safety procedures in housekeeping.
• Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with SDS and PPE guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors and stairs.
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and stocking supplies.
• Disinfecting hard surfaces and cleaning windows and doors.
• Handling waste and following disposal guidelines.
• Additional duties as assigned.
