Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Decatur, TX is hiring for a facility services role focused on cleaning and maintenance of all assigned areas. This non-exempt position requires flexibility for weekends, holidays and evenings.

You will report equipment issues, participate in the facility's emergency preparedness plan, and perform other duties as assigned. Competitive benefits are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Ability to learn and carry out housekeeping and safety/emergency procedures.
• Ability to perform routine tasks on a repetitive basis as well as new or specific tasks as assigned.
• Follow specific instructions and direction independently and from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleanliness and servicing of all areas assigned.
• Report broken facility and resident use equipment to supervisor.
• Participate in the facility emergency preparedness plan.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
