Job summary

The position is full-time and non-exempt, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. It requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work holidays/weekends, stand for long periods,

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in housekeeping or cleaning.
• Able to work legally in the US.
• Willing to work holidays and weekends.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning products.
• Able to stand and perform cleaning tasks for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines.
• English or Spanish communication.
• Complete bloodborne pathogen, Hazardous Communication, ergonomics trainings within first week.

Responsibilities

• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with priority areas and schedules assigned by supervisor.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests and staff, addressing basic concerns within scope and escalating issues as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service to guests.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration.
• Perform other duties assigned by Facilities Manager in accordance with the chain of command.
