Essential Functions :

1. Hours and days vary based on property needs.
2. Timely cleaning of check-outs and stayovers according to standards.
3. Additional housekeeping duties as assigned, including laundry and public space cleaning.

Qualifications :

1. Prior housekeeping experience, preferably in extended stay hotels.
2. Excellent communication skills (oral, organizational, written).
3. Customer service skills.
4. Team-player attitude.
5. Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements :

1. Standing for long periods.
2. Kneeling and/or squatting.
3. Climbing ladders.
4. Lifting up to 50 lbs.
5. Pushing and pulling up to 20 lbs.
