Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep the travel center clean and welcoming. You will clean showers and restrooms, wash, load and unload towels, perform general repairs, and help keep the grounds tidy to ensure a great guest experience.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays. Join a team that values safety, efficiency, and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
