TravelCenters of America seeks a Customer Service Attendant to help maintain clean, welcoming TA travel centers. You will support guest experiences by keeping facilities sanitary, following safety rules, and applying proper cleaning methods.

This role requires reliable teamwork and a positive attitude to serve travelers every day. Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent customer service, familiarity with cleaning equipment, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service.
• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide a clean, sanitary environment.
• Know and follow safety and security guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations.
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely.
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment.
