Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Attendant to help keep our stores clean and welcoming for travelers. You will maintain facilities in a sanitary condition in accordance with TA standards, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers returning to the road.

We value friendly, reliable team players with excellent service and communication skills, a working knowledge of cleaning equipment, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide our guests with a clean, sanitary environment
• Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures; alert to and report potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and guests; take corrective action when necessary
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
