Qualifications

• Plant maintenance experience in preventive maintenance, basic welding, basic electrical knowledge
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime
• Able to pass a mechanical aptitude test
• Able to meet physical demands (lifting, bending, reaching)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks (replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, power washing, painting, patching walls)
• Assist with basic repairs to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems under supervision
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools, supplies, and work areas
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with setup and breakdown for company events or office reconfigurations
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
