Warrior Precast, LLC is seeking a dependable Facilities Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance, cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the facility and grounds. This full-time, hourly position involves outdoor work and independent tasks, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience, the ability to operate typical lawn equipment, and the physical capability to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.

• Previous Groundskeeping/landscaping or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate basic lawn and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a clean, orderly workplace.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow safety instructions and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and condition of grounds, parking areas, walkways, and exterior areas.
• Perform routine mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, and landscaping tasks.
• Remove trash and debris from the property.
• Maintain outdoor storage areas, equipment areas, and workspaces.
• Assist with basic facility upkeep, including painting, minor repairs, pressure washing, and general maintenance.
• Monitor property for maintenance issues and report as needed.
• Keep dumpsters and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup (snow, ice, rain).
• Operate groundskeeping equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Assist production and operations with general labor and projects.
• Follow all safety policies and PPE usage.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Warrior Precast, LLC is seeking a dependable, hands-on Facilities Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance, cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep of our facility and surrounding grounds. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and can independently identify and address routine maintenance and groundskeeping needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and general condition of company grounds, parking areas, walkways, and exterior areas.
• Perform routine mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, and other landscaping activities.
• Remove trash, debris, leaves, and other materials from the property.
• Maintain and organize outdoor storage areas, equipment areas, and designated workspaces.
• Assist with basic facility upkeep, including painting, minor repairs, pressure washing, and general maintenance.
• Monitor the property for damaged fencing, lighting, signage, gates, drainage issues, or other maintenance concerns and report issues as needed.
• Maintain company dumpsters and surrounding areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Assist with snow, ice, water, or weather-related cleanup as needed.
• Operate basic groundskeeping and maintenance equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Assist production and operations personnel with occasional general labor and facility-related projects.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance throughout the facility and grounds.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, construction, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate basic lawn and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and orderly workplace.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Physical Requirements

This position requires regular physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. The employee may be required to lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in hot, cold, wet, and other changing weather conditions.
